With many years experience, we have a great insight to the IT world. Our aim is to help small companies that require an IT infrastructure and / or Web Presence, but don’t have the knowledge, time or the will to setup and maintain their systems and sites themselves.
ROCCAAD as a business entity was origianly created to handle any consultancy & IT project work done by myself. As I worked on a number of projects for a number of customers, mostly small business customers, I realised there is an increasing need for these small businesses to have more powerful and robust IT infrastructures, with the type of corporate email and exchange solutions that, due to the cost of setup and hardware, you would normally only find implemented at large companies.
However now-a-days with Exchange hosting, many small to medium size businesses can enjoy all the productivity and collaborative benefits of Exchange, without any of the frustation and costs of manageing it in-house.
Also we realised that small businesses, want to have a web presence that they can own and control themselves, without always having to go back to the web designer for modifications. We at Roccaad have become specialists in “WordPress”, a tool which once installed allows the owner of the site, (ie. the small business) to maintain and change their website at will.
